The complex includes the Maritime Museum with a life-size replica of Bartolomeu Dias's caravel, the historic Post Office Tree, the Shell Museum and Aquarium, the Ethno-Botanical Garden with a Braille trail, the Granary and the Munrohoek Cottages. The caravel is temporarily closed for boarding, but can be viewed from outside. Open Monday to Friday 09:00–16:45, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 09:00–15:45; closed on Christmas Day and Good Friday. Complex entry: adults R30, students and pensioners R20 (SA citizens), scholars R10.
