By using Locatr you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Listings

• Business information is provided by owners and public sources. We try to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee it.
• You may only submit or claim listings for businesses you own or are authorised to represent.
• Listings must follow our Listing Guidelines. We do not list adult or sex-industry businesses (such as sex toys, escorts or strip clubs), illegal goods or services, scams, or anything that promotes hate or violence.
• We may edit, decline or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, break these terms or could harm our visitors or Locatr.

Reviews and content

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Do not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive or infringes others' rights. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give Locatr permission to display it on the site.

Premium listings

Premium prices and paid periods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through PayFast or Stitch. When a Premium period ends, the listing returns to a free listing; it is not removed. Payments are non-refundable once the listing has been published, unless the law requires otherwise.

Optional Premium trials

Where offered, a free trial is available once per account and requires card authorization after the listing is approved. No upfront payment is collected. Before you authorize the subscription, checkout shows the trial expiry, first charge date and monthly amount. Monthly charges begin on that date unless you cancel from My Listings. Cancelling keeps any activated trial access until its expiry. If the trial expires without a confirmed payment, the listing uses Free features. Trial duration and billing terms are fixed at checkout.

Liability

Locatr is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for dealings between users and the businesses listed on the site.
